Our affordable self-pay visits cost less, on average, than other urgent care providers. In addition, we accept payment from most major insurance plans, including government plans like Medicare and Medicaid.

Self-pay pricing published on fastmed.com currently applies to FastMed clinics only. For MedPost & CareSpot locations, please call ahead to confirm self-pay pricing at the clinic you wish to visit.
Arizona MedPost locations have transitioned to HonorHealth FastMed's electronic medical record system (EMR) and the pricing below does apply to these locations.
Basic office visit

Includes a provider visit comprised of the evaluation of common medical complaints and the corresponding basic medical treatments.
Also includes up to TWO of the following diagnostic tests:
- Bacterial vaginosis (BV) test
- Blood glucose test
- Mono test
- Pregnancy test
- Rapid HIV test
- Strep test
- Urinalysis
A provider evaluation is required for the following vaccines and will require an additional charge for the vaccine.
- Tdap – $78

Office visit with in-clinic
services or procedures
$199*
Includes everything in a basic office visit,
PLUS in-clinic services or procedures.
Services such as:
- Ear irrigation
- EKG
- IV therapy
- Medication via injection (excluding vaccines)
- Nebulizer treatment
- X-ray
Procedures such as:
- Burn treatment
- Foreign object removal
- Incision & drainage
- Splint
- Suture repair & removal
- Toenail removal
Also includes a follow-up visit for applicable procedures within the standard global period of 10 days.

Telemedicine
Telemedicine appointment details
Telemedicine appointments will be billed at $89*. If a follow-up visit for the same reason is required at our clinic, you will not be charged the office visit fee. This visit will be included in your telemedicine charge. Additional services that may be needed in-clinic will be charged separately.

Physicals
Camp physical details
A camp physical includes a review of medical and family history, vital signs, height and weight, and vision screening, as well as a general physical exam. In addition, it may include any or all of the following: vaccine review, medication authorization, dietary restrictions, physical limitations, and emergency treatment information and planning.

School physical (K-12) details
A school physical is a health assessment as required for school purposes. It includes a review of past medical history, medications, a vaccine review, and a limited physical exam that includes vision and hearing screening.

Sports physical (K-12) details
A sports physical is a screening examination for participation in sports. It includes a review of medical and family history, vital signs, height and weight, vision screening, a vaccine review, a focused physical exam and basic paperwork completed. Note: This exam is not substitute for a comprehensive examination where important preventive health information is covered.

A college sports physical is a screening examination for participation in sports. It includes a review of medical and family history, vital signs, height and weight, vision screening, a vaccine review, a general physical exam and extensive paperwork completed. All physicals listed above include a vaccine review. FastMed follows CDC guidelines for a vaccine review. Patients must bring their vaccine history information in order for the vaccine review to be completed.

DOT physical details
A DOT physical is required for obtaining or renewing a commercial driver's license. It is a comprehensive health assessment with a review of past medical history and medications as well as a comprehensive physical, including BMI, vision, hearing, and a color-blindness assessment.

Employment physical details
An employment physical incorporates specific information requested by the employer in addition to a review of past medical history and medications, measurement of vital signs: height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, and pulse. It also includes vision and hearing screening. The specific information requested by an employer may include a more detailed review of medical and occupational history, a focused physical exam, and adjunctive testing such as pulmonary function, EKG, laboratory evaluations, etc.

Nurse visit is required to administer the Tetanus and Tdap vaccines.
